Pick up is available during museum operating hours. Friday through Monday from 11am - 6pm. Thursday from 11am - 9pm. You will be notified once your order is ready. Please have your order number ready when you arrive. If in need of assistance, please contact us at 786-345-5694.

Your order will ship within 3 to 5 business days, please allow 3-12 business days for delivery.
If you would like to return an item within 30 days of purchase, please contact us with your order number ready. Items must be returned undamaged with original packaging for a full refund.
If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please contact us at shop@pamm.org within 3 days after your order was delivered.
We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges for merchandise that is not defective or damaged in shipping. Return shipping remains the buyer's responsibility.
Returns will be credited to the original payment method.
