Pick up is available during museum operating hours. Friday through Monday from 11am - 6pm. Thursday from 11am - 9pm. You will be notified once your order is ready. Please have your order number ready when you arrive. If in need of assistance, please contact us at 786-345-5694.

Shipping

Your order will ship within 4 to 6 business days. Please allow 3-9 business days for delivery.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

• The item must be accompanied by the original receipt/ online order number.
• The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• The item must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
• Please note that sale items are final sale.

Items that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the requirements outlined above.

Online 

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit, please contact us at shop@pamm.org within 3 days after your order was delivered.

We are unable to refund shipping and handling charges for merchandise that is not defective or damaged in transit. Return shipping remains the buyer's responsibility.

Returns will be credited to the original credit or debit card.
