AMLgMATD is a collaborative studio established by Laz Ojalde and Natalie Zlamalova in 2014, experimenting in works of art, design objects and environments that reflect Laz and Natalie's quirky points of view and love of unusual and overlooked materials. Inspired by patterns and colors mirrored in the everyday world, they look at their surroundings with a fresh pair of eyes and redefine it with a bit of wit and humor.
Laz is a Miami native, Natalie comes from Prague, Czech Republic. Both were educated in California in the Arts & Design fields and met during their artist's residency at the Art Center of South Florida on Lincoln Road.
